Define Fitness consists of three Personal Training Stations, changing rooms, Trainers' lounge and Massage room.
Personal Training Stations  Each Station consists of a treadmill, bike and rowing machine. There are also the standard supply of Swiss balls, free weights, core stability equipment, bosus and medicine balls that you would expect. |
Massage Room  If you want to indulge yourself, come and visit the massage room on a private floor where you can have access to relaxing music, towels, water, oils and of course an electric massage table. |
That little bit extra... 
Our friendly reception will be happy to assist you. We provide bottled water free of charge to all our clients and free, clean towels in the changing rooms with safe lockers and hot showers. |
