Fitness Classes: Pole Dancing
What is it?
Pole dancing consists of many elements such as tricks, spins, poses, linking moves and floor working in particular the muscles of the arms, shoulders, and torso to maintain good control, stability, balance and posture.
Who can join in?
Our classes are designed to suit everyone, from Beginners to Advanced, industry to non-industry and everyone in between.
When is it held?
The course consists of a weekly 1 hour session of intense Pole Instruction combined with Dance orientated Warm-up and Cool Down. The student nominates his/her session time of choice at enrolment which then remains fixed for the duration of the course.
How much does it cost?
Course - £120
Private lessons - £30 per hour

Our Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced Terms are all spread across 6 weeks.
The Teachers follow a course schedule of weekly moves that incorporate, turns, lifts, non-weight bearing manourvers and combinations, so each student gains strength, flexibility and pole confidence to his/her desired level.
On completion of each term the student can then progress to the next level. The classes will generally consist of 1 teacher and up to 12 students.
